We offer the FUTURA ovens heated by electricity, oil or gas with the burner section placed either on the side or the rear.

The ovens are developed with a functional design, with plain surfaces which are quick and easy to clean.
A big window in the door ensures that the bread is easy to monitor during the baking process.

Steam is unhealthy and can do damage to equipment and electronic.
Therefore, we have equipped the oven with an integrated air exhauster which can empty the oven completely of steam, before the door is opened.
This also means that there is no need for a range hood on the oven.

The FUTURA models are as a standard equipped with a convenient digital control panel which e.g. controls the damper during the steam process, in case the baker should forget it.

UNIQUE BAKING PROPERTIES 

The ovens are developed in a close co-operation with professional bakers. Thereby, we ensure that the oven continually fulfil the bakers demands and needs.

The adjustable air-inlet gives an equal air- and heat distribution which ensures that the bread is baked equally.

The steam system is heated directly from the radiant heat from the heat exchanger.
This means that the system always steams quickly and effectively and by that provides the bread with a fine and crispy crust.

By circulating a large quantity of air with a low velocity, we avoid to dry out the crust of the bread.

MINIMAL ENERGY CONSUMPTION

Today, energy accounts for a considerable and growing share of a bakery’s production costs.

FUTURA - 2000 is developed with focus on optimal energy utilisation.

The heat exchanger is constructed on the principle of counterflow, all sides are insulated, the window is made of double, toughened glass with a heat reflecting coating, and the oven is constructed without heat channels from the oven room and heat exchanger to the exterior parts

This means that we have obtained a maximal energy utilisation.
Our clients typically reduce their energy consumption by 25 to 30% after installing a bago-line rack oven.
